Muscle Fatigue


One of my first experiences of Krav Maga was training to muscle failure on the bag. I soon learned to pace myself and put my head down into the training and to learn to push through into muscle fatigue, as it is when your muscles are fatigued that they are both growing and being formed into muscle memory for the required techniques.

Yes it is hard work, but entirely worthwhile and dare I say it, even a little addictive!
